How to Use This Template

This isn't a replacement for therapy — it's a companion to it. Use it to track how you're feeling, prepare for sessions, and access coping tools when you need them. There's no right way to use this. Start with what feels helpful and ignore the rest.

Start Here

1. Bookmark the Dashboard The Dashboard is your home base. Pin it or bookmark it for easy access.

2. Build Your Reasons to Stay When you're feeling stable, add to your Reasons to Stay list. These become a lifeline during hard moments.

3. Explore the Coping Toolkit Browse through the strategies before you need them. Knowing what's there makes it easier to find in a crisis.

4. Fill Out My Patterns Start noticing your triggers, warning signs, and what helps. Add to this page over time as you learn about yourself.

Daily Use

Mood Tracker Check in with yourself as often as feels useful — daily, a few times a week, or whenever something shifts. The more data, the more patterns you'll see.

Between Sessions When something comes up that you want to discuss in therapy, add it here. No more forgetting what you wanted to talk about.

Around Your Sessions

Before a Session Review your Between Sessions entries. What feels most important to bring up?

After a Session Log the session in Session Notes while it's fresh. What did you discuss? What homework were you given? How do you feel?
